You Could Make a Life-Changing Difference — With Support Every Step of the Way.

What Is a Host Home?

A Host Home is a private home where an adult with a disability lives with an individual or family who provides day-to-day support, connection, and stability.

This is not foster care, and it is not shift work.

It is a lifestyle match built on shared life and support

  • A shared home environment
  •  A long-term, stable living option
  • A partnership with a support team
  • Careful matching, no random placement
  • A way to earn income while making a difference

Host Home Providers receive:

  • Initial and ongoing training
  • Dedicated support team
  • 24/7 on-call assistance
  • Backup support when needed
  • Respectful partnership approach
  • Careful matching

Host Home Providers receive a monthly stipend and room and board reimbursement to support the shared living arrangement.

Compensation varies based on the individual’s needs level of support and is designed to help offset household costs while providing a stable, meaningful income.

We will walk through compensation details clearly.

We believe Host Home succeeds when providers feel supported and prepared.
