As a part of Macon’s employee recognition program, April was peer recognition month. Employees voted on their peers and recognized them for the following;
Anthony Lewis: On Point Award – for participating and contributing during meetings, training, and development sessions.
Peggy Israel: Ripple Effect Award – for showing a positive attitude and believing that a positive attitude is contagious.
Katina Smith: PROPS Award – for showing progress in the area of person centered supports (community connection, natural supports, supporting Star Choices mission in supports)
Carl Williams: Thumps up Award – for showing creativity in establishing new community connections
