Star Choices continues to move forward with our strategic plan aimed at becoming more digitized and embracing technology. Employees are able to use Altera to clock in/out, request time off and view their payroll documents on an integrative user friendly online platform. Recently we began, the scheduling component where employees are able to view their monthly schedules, request schedule changes, pick up open shifts, post their availability, and interact with administration/supervision with clarity and efficiency.
While leading the way comes with growing pains and a little anxiety, we are beginning to reap the benefits of investing in our staff and electronic infrastructure.
