Star Choices Inc. is committed to ongoing development and learning opportunities for staff. The Georgia Disability History Alliance 5th Annual Symposium at Richard B Russell Library on the UGA Campus in Athens, Georgia was a wonderful learning experience for several Star Choices staff. Seeing Judy Huemann in person on October 30th, 2019, talking about ” Power of Presence-From Segregation to Innovation Inclusive Education for Georgia’s Children” was a wonderful experience. Star Choices is committed to being an important part of the social Justice movement fighting for an inclusive existence for all regardless of age, disability, gender, etc.
