Ballroom Rate Structure
Friday – Saturday $1000.00- 12 hours
$200.00- Deposit
$75.00- Per Additional hour
Monday- Thursday $600.00- 8 hours
$200.00- Deposit
$75.00- Per Additional hour
Monday- Friday $300.00- 3 hours (9am-5pm only)
$200.00- Deposit
$75.00- Per Additional hour
Any exceptions must be approved by John Chandler.
*Balance of rental must be paid two weeks prior to the event itself. If balance is not paid within two weeks prior, it must be paid in full with cash only. If balance is not paid in a timely manner, reservations are subject to cancellation and deposit may be forfeited.
*Pre-approved hours are for hours on site. Time starts when the first person arrives to do decorations, catering set-up, etc. Time ends when the last guest or caterer or bad member leaves.
*Arrangements for chair and table placement must be made at least five days in advance of the event.
*Facilities are made available for the person(s) who made the contract and the specific event described at the signing.
Example: A person may not contract for a reception for the browns and then have a birthday party for the smiths without prior approval.
*Room capacity: Maximum is 290 without tables or chairs. Seated for a meal is 160
*We do not provide table linen, dance floor, etc.
*We do the bulky cleaning.
